Mission & Vision

Co-Missioned to Make Disciples

“And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.’”

(Matthew 28:18–20)

The Power of God for Worship, Missions, and Renewal

“So I am eager to preach the Gospel to you also who are in Rome. For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, ‘The righteous shall live by faith.’”

(Romans 1:15–17)

  • The Gospel Is the Power of God for Worship

(John 4:24; 1 Peter 2:9)

God is the audience of our worship. In worship, our faith grows as the Holy Spirit works ongoing repentance, faith and obedience in our hearts resulting in our receiving more of God’s grace leading to a deeper celebratory worship.

  • The Gospel Is the Power of God for Missions

(John 20:21)

The Gospel is God’s mission to us fueling our mission to others. We desire others to glorify and enjoy the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and we partner with Christ and His Spirit on His mission to share the good news of the Kingdom.

  • The Gospel Is the Power of God for Renewal

(Titus 2:12)

The Gospel is not the ABC’s of Christianity. The Gospel is the A-Z of Christianity. The grace of God teaches us to say “no” to ungodliness. The power to become a Christian and to live the Christian life has the same source – the good news of the Gospel.
