About Us Hickory Grove Church has been an energetic and growing congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America since 1992. We proclaim the good news of salvation through Christ to the residents of Middle Tennessee in Wilson County, Davidson County and beyond. We are blessed to have three biblically solid pastors serving our church. Our senior pastor, Mike Graham, and his wife, Vicki, came to Hickory Grove in 2001 following his graduation from Covenant Theological Seminary. Under Mike's leadership the church has developed Covenant Family Childcare, local and international missions programs, and he continues to "think outside the box" for ways the church can share the heart of Christ. The Grahams are originally from Alabama and have four children. Rick Allen, our associate pastor, has been in the pastorate for over 30 years. His work focuses on reaching the men behind bars through Harvest Prison Ministry. Rick and his wife, Debbie, are both originally from the Nashville area and have two sons and five grandchildren. Richard Jennings has been in ministry for 35 years. After serving 18 years as pastor at Faith Presbyterian Church in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, Richard resigned in 2011 to work with Harvest Prison Ministry, as well as to continue his missions outreach to India and Sri Lanka. He and his wife, Jane, have six children and 15 grandchildren. At Hickory Grove, we believe that children are an integral part of the Church body, so we strive to have a vibrant Sunday children's program. And since adults also need to continue to grow spiritually, we offer adult Christian education classes during the same hour as the children's. But Christianity isn't just for Sunday. Throughout the week we reach a variety of needs, not only in our church, but in our community. One of our core ministries here at Hickory Grove is our Covenant Family Child Care which serves dozens of families in the Mt. Juliet area. Open Monday through Friday 7a.m.-6p.m., we have the privilege to come alongside parents to help nurture their pre-school children physically, emotionally and spiritually.
